Water on the roof?
We check the whole system, not just the leak you can see: the collectors, headers, mounts and straps, the supply and return piping, the flow control valve and actuator, the digital controller and its sensors, and the pump and filter the system relies on. Then we tell you plainly what is worth fixing and what is not.

A single leaking panel or header joint is usually an ordinary repair. When many panels are brittle, or leaks keep coming back, replacing some or all of the collectors can cost less over time than chasing leaks. The most common causes are a valve in the wrong position, a controller or sensor problem, low flow from a dirty filter, or a leak. A diagnostic visit finds which one it is.
Look for wet spots on the roof or on the wall below the panels, a pool that needs topping off more than usual, or drips at the header joints while the system runs.
