Equipment warranties (panels, inverters, batteries) come from the manufacturer, not the installer, so they usually survive an installer bankruptcy. Keep your serial numbers and contact the manufacturer directly.
Workmanship warranties (roof penetrations, wiring, the install itself) came from the installer. When the installer is gone, that coverage usually goes with it, or becomes a claim in the bankruptcy.
Your loan does not cover repairs, and the lender does not repair systems. Keep paying, keep records, and get the system fixed so it keeps saving you money while you pay for it.
Payments, balance, payoff: your lender, at the number on your statement. We are not a lender and cannot change your loan.
Unfinished install: ask your lender whether it is funding completion.
Repairs: a licensed solar contractor. That is us.
