AllSolar took over the company I used before. The owner retired. The first 2 techs they sent out were not professional and the system piping was leaking after they got finished. After calling and explaining the situation, the manager called me back and arranged for 2 different techs to come out to fix the problem. Alan and Dave were excellent. They were very professional and made sure that everything was fixed and not leaking. They even went up on the roof to make sure I didn't have any leaks there. They found 2 places that needed repair and got right on it. There are always some bad apples in the bunch, but they made good on their service after learning there was a problem. Kudos AllSolar!

Honest, Quick, and Professional. What else can you ask for? I've had the system for 8 years and my installing technician Ben serviced the unit today. That shows the company takes care of their employees who therefore take care of the customer. Wish more companies were like that. Nice to see you again Ben, Take care.

I would like to start out by saying that I am extremely happy with the service I received from All Solar Energy Inc. I am very pleased with the service that was provided by both the technicians David and Ryan. After explaining that I had the issue diagnosed by my AC company which had advised me that the thermostat and the heating element were not working and that these two items were defective, I would be taking a chance of the water heater not being operational due the system being so old. I was advised that it would be better to just finance a new water heater which would have been 5K financed.I finally decided to contact the number on the side of the water heater to get a second opinion. After contacting the number I had the opportunity of speaking with the original owner of All Solar Energy which gave me the contact number to the new owners of All Solar Energy. After speaking with Amanda, she scheduled my appointment to have my water heater checked.I am very pleased with the integrity and honesty with David. I feel that he was very honest with his explanation that all the water heater needed was the heating element and check valve replaced not the whole system and that I didn’t need for the whole system to be replaced. David also advised that if the system has to be replaced it would be a lot less than I was previously quoted.I am very grateful for David’s honesty. I only wish that other technicians would be just as honest with their service calls. I feel that David did an outstanding performance in not only representing All Solar Energy by being honest, but I feel that David went above and beyond in providing excellent service and going the extra mile in making sure that I was provided with the best customer service experience and quality service. I definitely feel that both David and Ryan are a valued asset to All Solar Energy. In this day and age it is very hard to find good quality service and honesty from companies.All Solar Energy is a company that goes above and beyond in providing excellent service and I definitely recommend you as an outstanding company to go with for anyone searching for a solar water heater system and anyone wanting to go solar.Thank you for once providing me outstanding and exceptional service.SincerelyMr. Laboy

I have been a customer of AllSolar Energy for quite a while and they are just simply the best. My system has worked without any problems for a good portion of my ownership but when there is a problem, help is only a phone call away. Ms. Amanda is a wonderful woman to talk with while setting up an appointment, which is an ACTUAL time, not a block of time, and the technicians I had, Ben and Jason T. are an absolute credit to their profession. Best of all, they were on time...always a plus... and they had everything needed to get the job done the first time around. Ben and Jason T. were also very patient in explaining to me what they were doing and why and were quite thorough to the extent they even double checked the insulation on pipe in attic, to make sure it was still in excellent condition, and when it was not, they took care of that at no extra cost to me. Now THAT is service. It is for just these reasons that AllSolar Energy has my thanks and my business... Laurie B

I have used AllSolar for years and they have always been professional, punctual, and honest. Ben has service my pool solar and my Water heater solar. He is very liable, shows up when he is suppose to and performs his job well. Nice guy. Gives pointers on how to save energy and always says thank you.

Ben Meek was awesome! He took his time explaining the system to me where now I feel better about knowing if it’s working or there might be a problem. He does great work I will be using All Solar for all my solar needs! Btw the solar panel was black with dirt and mold before he got to it.

Ben Meek with AllSolar Energy, Inc. came out today to work on our existing system and he was able to fix the leaks and replace the broken panel. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous and helpful. He helped us with a plan to optimize the system performance. Originally our appointment was scheduled for Friday but I spoke to Warren Anderson that day they were short handed so he rescheduled us to the following business day and waived the trip charge. Overall very good service and highly recommend.

This guy deserves a raise! Ben Meek from all solar Energy arrived at my patients home near Ormond beach to do a routine check of the solar panel system. He was so kind and accommodating with people coming in and out of the home and the animals inside the house (who are not always friendly if I might add) Ben immediately noticed a faulty valve that needed replacing and swiftly got the job done. He flushed the entire system and was done far quicker than I expected. I will definitely be calling him to for my own residence soon! Thanks Ben!

Great job uninstalling before and reinstalling my solar system after a re-roof! They self-perform their work, and the techs (Cody and Jake) are well trained, detail oriented, and thorough. They also showed up when they said they were going to, and on-time.Their salesman, Kevin Keith, is a really nice guy and is easy to deal with and also responds quickly. Good communications and very smooth process all around.That said, their prices are outrageous for the work involved (well over $1000/hr, labor only for 2-3 guys), but they are still the most reasonable overall price for uninstalling and reinstalling solar. Of course, the steep price reflects the experience, which accounts for the speed of their work. These techs are really really good, despite the astonishing price sticker shock (and you can tell by the photos that I watched a good part of the time they were working).We would definitely recommend these guys for solar uninstall and reinstall. Most solar companies in town are actually commission salespeople and not solar installers, these guys absolutely do their own installs and are accountable for their work.
