What we install and service

AllSolar Energy works with residential photovoltaic systems for home electricity, solar water heaters, and solar pool heating systems. We design systems for new installations and repair or upgrade existing ones. If your original installer went out of business or won't respond to your service calls, we take over the system and handle everything from diagnosis to repair to ongoing maintenance. We serve Central Florida and 17 surrounding counties.

How the job works

The process starts with a site visit and diagnosis. We evaluate your system's performance, identify what needs attention, and explain your options without pressure. If you move forward, we schedule the work around your calendar. Most repairs and maintenance visits are done in a day or two. New installations take longer and depend on your home's layout and local permitting. We handle permits and coordinate with inspection.

Solar Source: common questions

Do you service solar systems that were installed by other companies?

Yes. We regularly take over systems installed by contractors who've closed or stopped responding. We diagnose problems, repair equipment, and provide ongoing maintenance. If the system is worth saving, we get it working again.

How often should solar panels be serviced?

Routine maintenance—cleaning and inspection—typically happens once or twice a year depending on local conditions and your system's location. We can check your system during a free estimate and recommend a maintenance schedule that matches your situation.

What happens if a solar panel breaks?

A failed panel reduces your system's output. We source a replacement panel, disconnect the old one, install the new one, and reconnect it to your system. We can also inspect nearby panels to catch problems before they become failures.

Do I need a permit to repair or maintain my solar system?

Maintenance and diagnostics don't require permits. Major repairs or upgrades might, depending on what's involved and your local code. We'll let you know during the estimate whether permitting applies to your work.
